Joining the Hire Higher collective is a commitment to changing the landscape of diversity and equity in commercial production by actively participating in accountable and measurable actions. It’s a pledge to contribute resources, time, access and knowledge through funding, hiring, mentorship and education, which will be used to collectively support the organization indefinitely and allow it’s initiatives to be in perpetual action.
