In order for the commercial industry to be more representative of the country it seeks to represent, we need to actively increase the number of Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour to level the playing field. Standardizing and implementing race based data collection is essential to understanding, measuring, and improving these inequities.
In collaboration with the ACCP, Hire Higher aims to track the level of BIPOC representation in commercial production and offer insight into the impact of our commitment and the state of our industry as a whole.

Full industry participation is key to measuring our progress and accountability. Please consider the PROGRESS REPORT an integral part of the production process.
How it works:
Download the report.
Fill out the report upon completion of each commercial production, regardless of the scale or budget. This should be done by an EP, Director, Producer, PM, or anyone responsible for overseeing production and/or hiring.

The information provided will remain anonymous, and the results will be published annually.
